Our company is based on the belief that our residents needs are of the utmost importance. Colfax Manor is a licensed 7 bed Assisted Living on the South Shore of Chicago. We believe in keeping our home small and homelike for our seniors. The building is designed to maximize one-on-one care. We provide a safe, intimate community, home-style meals with home style table interaction. We believe in eliminating worries about medication errors, housekeeping, safety, transportation etc. We also have enclosed meditation garden for our residents to enjoy. We work with area churches to provide worship services and bible studies for our seniors. We provide 24 hour monitored environment.
